    • Handoff to Carrier: Once packaged and labeled, your order is placed in our carrier pickup queue. You will receive your “Your Order Has Shipped!” notification email at this stage.

  • Canada & Mexico: 7 – 14 Business Days

  • Europe & Australia: 10 – 18 Business Days

  • Asia & South America: 14 – 21 Business Days

C. International Shipping Costs & Charges

  • Shipping Fees: International shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes: You, as the recipient, are solely responsible for paying any and all customs, duties, tariffs, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by your country’s government. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping cost paid to VELINA LORVEN. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. D. Customs Declarations
International shipments are required by law to clear customs. We are legally obligated to declare the accurate value of the contents on the customs form and cannot mark the items as a “gift” or with a lower value. This ensures full compliance with international trade regulations.

  • Understanding Tracking Information: Carrier tracking information is typically updated as the package moves through their network. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active and show initial scans after you receive the notification.

VI. Shipping Address & Order Changes

Accuracy is paramount for a successful delivery.

You are solely responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order. VELINA LORVEN is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by you.

We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been processed and shipped. Once an order has entered the “Processing” or “Shipped” status, we are unable to reroute the package.

Similarly, if you need to cancel your order or add/remove an item, you must contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate these requests if the order has not advanced beyond the initial processing stage.

VII. Potential Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Despite our best efforts and those of our carrier partners, issues can occasionally arise.

A. Delivery Exceptions
Sometimes, a carrier may report a “delivery exception.” This can include:

  • Weather delays.

  • Incorrect address (attempted delivery).

  • Recipient not available for signature (if required).
    In such cases, the carrier will typically leave a notice and attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. Please use your tracking number to communicate directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.

B. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • In Transit: If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days for domestic shipments or 15 business days for international shipments, please contact us. We will open a research case with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

  • Delivered But Not Received: If the carrier shows your package as “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please first:

    1. Check around your property, including with neighbors, leasing offices, or behind obstructions.

    2. Verify the delivery address on the tracking details.

    3. Contact your local post office or carrier hub with your tracking number.
      If the package is still missing after 3 business days, contact us, and we will assist in the investigation. However, VELINA LORVEN cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
